IntelliFinancial Group is controlled and operated within the United States of America.  IntelliFinancial Group "Services" and "the Service" are provided for the consumer hereinafter known as the "User".  Services are provided in accordance with the "Terms of Service" and the "Service Agreement" and are provided subject to the following terms and conditions which may be updated from time to time.   

The Services consists of financial services, data and information services, software and other services provided by IntelliFinancial Group.  Additional Terms and Conditions will apply for Accounts including but not limited to Debit and Credit Card, Checking, Savings, Money Market, IRA's, Securities General Account, Margin Account, Mutual Funds, Banking and Lending and other Service Options.  


IntelliFinancial Group grants User (one) personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the code of its Software on a single computer; provided that user does not copy, modify and/or  create a derivative work of the Software.  User agrees not to copy, modify or redistribute the Software in any manner or form.  


IntelliFinancial Group respects privacy and does not sell user data to third parties.  IntelliFinancial Group does not permit any use of the Services for the purpose of which is illegal or unlawful. 


IntelliFinancial Group may modify the "Terms of Service" and may discontinue or revise any or all other aspects of the Services and the "Service Agreement".  Unless otherwise agreed to by the Service,  User agrees to indemnify the Service against liability.  IntelliFinancial Group assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of Service.  In no event shall the Service be liable for any direct, consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, and the like.  


Intelli, IntelliFinancial, IntelliFinancial Bank, IntelliSecurities, IntelliBusiness and IntelliCard are trade names,  trademarks, service names, service marks, product and brand names, brand marks, logos and copyrights of IntelliFinancial Group.  The trademarks, trade names, brand names, service names, service marks, logos and copyrights are proprietary to IntelliFinancial Group and are protected by international intellectual property, trademark, copyright and other laws.  


These provisions constitute the "Terms of Service".
